The other time I went and ate the Cheesy Melts.. and found this small blue piece of paper inside it. Told the person at the counter, didn't ask for refund or anything, i wasn't even angry. I just told them. And the store manager insisted that I get a free new set meal. How nice is she! And they kept apologising. great service. I didn't even request for anything.
p/s: This is not a defamation. I'm applauding their service acts.:)
