I like this outlet the most among the ones I've patronised.

Their cashier counter staff have the best smile and he would explain (with patience) to customers who asked about difference between the drinks. Other outlets I often feel that I owe a million dollars to the cashier counter staff (they gave the me "black face" look).

Note that this outlet is the only one I know (among the ones I've patronised) that has a sitting area. Others I have to find myself a standing spot in front of the collection counter and usually there's a lot of people also waiting there, not in a queuing order.

This outlet has 2 number-display panel, 1 at the collection area and 1 at the sitting area in front of the cashier counter.
