Location: Situated in a quiet street in Melaka Raya, in close proximity to cafes (Starbucks, Old Town), restaurants (Ole Sayang Peranakan Restaurant) and ten minutes walk from the Makhota shopping district.
Parking: Limited on-site parking is available behind reception
Check-in: Speedy and efficient. Staff was pleasant, courteous and friendly
Lobby: Open, clean, organised and inviting
Room: Large, clean, tastefully-furnished. Good firm mattress and pillows, stylish dressing table. With coffee/tea-making facilities. Toilet with standing shower, bathroom amenities provided; newspaper, slippers provided
Security: CCTV along the corridors, keycard access; room door beeps if not closed properly
Restaurant: Coffee-house on 1st floor is quite basic, buffet breakfast was not available during our stay, instead we were offered choice of local (nasi lemak) and American (eggs and ham) set breakfast. Very basic.
