This outlet at Harbourfornt it's huge - largest outlet I think. But the service is not up to my expectations.
When I entered Mothercare, no one greeted me. I heard that it's in their SOP that they will have to smile and greet you. THere werent enough staff on duty that day.
Place is pretty untidy; perhaps its cos it was during Sales period. There were boxes at the entrance to their office (inside the store). A bit unsightly.
I needed some help and approached the staff who were talking to each other. One of them made me look like an irritant for interrupting me. Tsk Tsk. ANswered my questions abruptly and went back talking to her colleague.
I also observed that the staff are not very tidy in appearance. I think it's the uniform that they were dorning. Perhaps, Mothercare should do something abt that.
Hmm despite the bad reviews on top, I will still patronise the place cos i love the fact that they carry wider range of products!!!!!
