Since i relocated to Singapore two years back, i have been searching for professional flooring restoration services to do up my timber floorings. it's in such bad conditions, water damaged, deep scratches & top coat peeling/cracks. Wide gaps between timbers.
Mr Wood varnish is the only company i found that has trained surveyor who explained in details the steps taken to restore my floorings.
They provide dust free sanding is something so common in my country. Surprised it's so difficult to find here in Singapore.

Professional equipment and survey.
They went through 10pts checklist according to NWFA. I was very pleased because they disclosed all the unforeseen problem hidden under flooring, hollowness, cracks, gaps, uneven surface. They also educate me on Care maintenance of parquet floorings.
For paying just abit more than 'so called' Contractors who do not appear or refuse to see my flooring before taking up the job.
I only have to pay a fraction of floor replacement. i still got back my dream BRAND NEW floorings.
You should try them out. No regret.
