i found out about this home based manicure service online and decided to give it a try. without much impression of the exact price of services, i only communicate with the manicurist about what services id like to do and the charges.

i opted for a hand mask service and was quoted (i forgot the exact price) for example $20. so happily i had my session done and left. i later checked the website again and realised that the price i was quoted, includes a classic manicure too but was not offered to me in the session just becoz i didnt ask.

i gave the manicurist the benefit of doubt for whatever reason she didnt give me the classic manicure. but it was just days ago i found out from another acquaintance that she too had such experience with the manicurist, that certain services stated in her site was not being performed and that she tend to reduce the amt of ingredients used in the sessions and finishes services off easily.

the manicurist told me she has alot of regular customers. i wonder where do they come from.
