I bought my second bunny and a chinchilla from here about 5 months ago. I've since always patronized them because, like Bobo said, they are so much more knowledgable about their products and small animals than every other pet shop I had previously patronized. I love the fact that they specialize in small animals since this is where my passion lies.
Their animals are well maintained, and they do a satisfactory job of grooming my pets. My first rabbit is very active, but the groomer handles her like a baby and she always calms down.
Price wise, I would say they are priced about the same as Pets Lovers for most of my stuff, and cheaper for some. I like this place also because they have some stuff I can't find elsewhere.

The shop sells Chinchillas, rabbits and hamsters... and all things related to them. They have a large variety of things for small animals because they specialize in them.
I love it for its wide variety. Jevon and Lifan are always available to dispense advice on your pets. They're very helpful indeed. The place is cosy looking and you can see that they try to entertain the pets a little and not treat them as lifeless commercial products. They take good care of the animals there so it's pretty safe to buy from them.
There's also free delivery if you spend more than $50, which is quite a low limit.
The slight downside is that they aren't very cheap. But I guess for the free advice... it's ok.
