EAT ONLY THE BACON AND SCALLOPS UNTILL YOU FULL *SLURPS* i loike this palce :D it makes me happy.. i found out this place is exists cos my friend and i used to work at the pub opposite call overtime. i always see this place pack so gotta try out. i think must be good thats why so pack de mah?? :D and indeed its true.. the food was ok bah, i mean the pricing maybe not say very de cheap but then it is worth every dollar and cents we come on the wednesday and it was having the buffet dinner for tapas so we try that. WAHHHHH we ate the pork ribs and oyster becozz it is the most worth it. then on top of that the waiter recomend the scallops so we try. In the end! we order 3 dishes of the scallop on top of our buffet dishes liao but it was damn worth it!!! hehhehe ;D

Sabroso is a really great place for value for money good food and wines!
I tried the bacon wrapped with dates and the scallops with buttery sauce and they were all so savoury and rich! The bacon meat tasted really succulent and juicy and the dates' sweet tartness makes the dish really interesting. The scallops were cooked to perfection - very smooth and soft. And the sauce was YUMMM.
The ambience was perfect to chill and relax after work or just during weekends. The customer service was really good too cos all the staff were smiling as they went about their work. And our waitress did a good job recommending us the dishes and wines (Even though we didn't buy any wines in the end)
I'll bring my friends over here again to try their tapas buffet next time (:

I love this place for the excellent quality of food they serve.
I read a review on CNNgo about the best tapas bars in singapore and i decided to check out Sabroso after much deliberation.
Actually it was just my boyfriend and i deciding where to go for dinner as we live in bukit timah, we didnt want to travel too far.
This place offers ala carte tapas buffet dinner menu with selected items which is well worth it because it includes their famous ribs, oysters and other dishes so the $32 dollars per head was well worth it.
