I went to salon esprit at vivocity to have my hair colour and rebond after knowing they have promotion going on. I thought why not is an international brand. That is my worst hair experience I ever had in my whole entire life! Except for the receptionist, which is nice. The director of the salon, robin consulted me. I ask him what product do they use and he says they only use loreal. The shampoo lady washed my hair at the basic and wet my entire back and did not say a single sorry! After the rebonding the hair is so flat and it does not look like what I did previously. I ask him why my hair looks so flat which in the first place I told him I do no want it flat and he just tell me after few washes the body will be back. But is been 2 weeks now and is still flat! I asked the assistants that blow-dry my hair and she told me they use another brand because I’m taking the promotion package. CAN U BELEIVE IT! As a salon director and he lie! I did not want to continue with the colour as I'm afraid what kind of china brand they are using on ME. When I'm paying for my bill, the bill is higher then the promotion price stated. The receptionist told me he added addition products, but he did not tell me about it! I took his name card thought of complaining to esprit but after I look at the back of the card it says (salon esprit is operated by culture artistic team). Who the hell is culture?.. I’ve never heard of this salon in the market. Salon esprit is not operated by Esprit itself but by an OPERATOR. An operator which I have never heard of!I tell myself forget it. If the director can do this, can you imaging how the salon operates?
