Knew about Spa Elements through a recommendation from a friend. I think that they do really good sports massage if you have achy muscles. There are different styles of massage depending on your preference - e.g. tui na and swedish. What I like best about Spa Elements is that they are happy to oblige if you have certain areas that you would like focus on (e.g. legs or back) so you can maximise your massage time. Tried their facial before but didn't think much of it. Comfortable and relaxing decor...Also has nail services.
