Was at Starbucks Nex yesterday. Disappointing and lousy service. Cappuccino was filled with half cup of foam and Java Chip Frappuccino was too sweet and came with whipped cream, despite having ordered not too sweet and without cream. Standards of drinks vary drastically as their staff are mostly newbizs and in-experienced. Expensive and lousy service!
Their prices have increase drastically over the years but not their service level. Staff are not friendly and not trained properly. Will avoid Starbucks at all cost!
Many other coffee outlets serve better quality coffee by qualified baristas.
