Located in Orchard Rd, it was a very popular shopping centre in this prime shopping belt, but over the years it is slowly being replaced by newer malls like Ngee Ann City, etc. Whatever the case, it still remains a fairly popular mall, as it houses Robinsons, Marks & Spenser and a variety of small shops.
A few years ago ,it undergone a revamp, the basement now has more eating outlets than before, like the Soup Restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, etc. However I find the places to be tiny , and some are only open during lunch and dinner time, so I had a little difficulty finding a place to dine when I visited after the lunch hour. Also, if I remember correctly, this new basement is only accessible via 1 lift and escalator. The lift is always packed and you have to wait for ages.
The taxi stand is still as small as ever, and you might get wet during rainy days.
However its good mix of shops still ensure it has a string of loyal shoppers.
