I discovered this chill out place the other day and thought that i should let everyone know!
Heard from the owners, they just opened for business a few days ago. The place is located at the rooftop and hence the name. It is an ideal place for chilling out and catching up with old friends. You can choose to sit inside at the bar or outside to enjoy the night. Owners are really friendly people and provide first class service!

I chanced upon tis place with my friends.. We were being attracted by the "Chill Out at Level 4" sign hanging outside the place. At first, we have doubts about going up..because it's our first visit. But the owner was really very friendly! Almost instantly, we forget all about the worrying we had before. We sat outside at the rooftop, it is great for chit chatting and some laughing. They are having a promotion on drinks for their opening.. Overall, i would give this place a 4/5* because of their good serivce. Have promised them i will be back for a second visit!
