Toa Payoh library is spacious and their collection of books is quite an amount.

They have a senior citizen reading corner which only permits senior citizen. This is something that I do not see in other public libraries.

Their collection on Singapore books has got quite a number of shelves too. If you are doing a project on Singapore, I bet this is the place other than the public library in Woodlands.

They even have this small little delifrance inside the library but you could not bring your books inside unlike the Cafe in Woodlands public library.

They have quite a number of counters for you to borrow your books too.
Lastly, they split their sections according to the different levels. It is consider quiet at the second level and the third level but I do not see many places to study though.
