All my family comes here now. We discovered their repair service at first. That is really great! They saved my kids specs and mine too... I didn't know that titanium frames can be fixed. Any other shop says they can't. But here they actually fixed my frame, with some welding that I can't even see where it was broken. Very good job. And for my kids, they break specs so often, it used to be so come to get new glasses for them because of some accident. We came here few times for them, no problem fixing those glasses. I don't know any other place in Singapore that can do that. Now we come regularly for all our spectacles, we know we can trust this place, many new frames in the shop, and also some very unique designs 👍🏻

Had a specs with rusty sides and had been wanting to get it fix for the longest time. Was around Holland when I came across this shop on 02 / 01 / 2015 to repair my specs. The owner, an Italian man if I'm not mistaken, is very friendly. Was greeted when I first stepped in and asked how he could be of service to me. Showed him my problem and after a few minutes of analyzing it, he suggested a remedy. He chat me up while he was fixing my glasses so the atmosphere in the shop doesn't seem dead and walk me through how he's going to go about and fix it. He provided a prompt service and was very generous. Definitely would visit this shop again to fulfill my optical needs.

My husband and I visited Visio Optics on 7/4/2014.
Their service is good. A few shops that we visited, all of them told us that my husband's glasses were unrepairable.
I managed to get Visio Optics out from Google and they have this repair service which is great.
Their contact lens solutions are sold at a quite reasonable rate too.
It took the guy less then half an hour to repair my husbands broken specs.
We are really satisfied with the result that we get.
I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs repair service for their favourite pair of glasses.
