Zhou's kitchen Gourmet Buffet
Nothing fascinating despite the famous name behind this restaurant chain.
Went there for company dinner, it was priced at $29.90 for dinner on a weekday.
They had the usual & simple dishes like fried rice, fried kway teow, fried fish slices/chicken. I was surprised they served Peking duck in the traditional way with the crepe thingy. The pieces that I took, however, had alot fat, in fact some were just fats, hardly any meat so i was like WTH....
Occasionally they had some gong sounds to indicate replenish of dishes or new dishes coming up. My colleague lined up for the chilli crab & the fried buns to dip in the sauce. It was not spectacular at all, what a disappointment.
For dessert, we had fruits, ice cream, some mousse & cakes which tasted very cheap.
Overall, I wont recommend this to anyone as the price doesnt justify the quality of the food.
