This place has left a very negative impression on me. This is the story. Firstly, I was not informed about their policy that the $10 package only applies for groups with 4 or more people. So.. I went to the ktv with just 2 people, me and a friend, as my friends who wanted to go initially couldnt make it last minute. I was horrifically shocked when they said that we have to pay for the price of 4 people -- $46.

Hence, we tried to negotiate with the service crew/manager but they refused to compromise. They only insisted on us paying the $46 or we have to pay for the drinks of 2 people, amounting to $41 --- ridiculous! I really wonder how that few cups of drink can reach the $41 bill. In the end, they only insisted that if there are less that 4 people, they still have to pay the 4 people pricing.

In fact, this is my worst ktv experience and i would never return to this place again because i felt so cheated of my money. And in the end, me and my friend had to pay $23 each for 3 hours, we were in the 7pm to 10pm timeslot. To some extent, it may be my fault that i didnt find out more about the "minimum 4 people requirement", but i felt that the service crew could have been more flexible about this.

$23 for 3 hours is simply EXPLOITATION. In this case, I would rather go to KBox-- under the student package.
