This clinic is Ridiculous! I called at about 10am to check if i need to make an appointment to vacinate my dog. The nurse said yes and gave me an appointment at 3pm. Fine, i reach about 2:50pm and after waiting for 20 minutes the nurse said that the Vets is busy and need to wait for about 15 to 20 mins. At 3.40pm, there is still no news, so I ask the nurse when will be the Vet be available. She commented 'Hopefully by 4pm'. So I brought my dog out for a walk to another Vet clinic nearby, I registered my dog with them and by 4.20pm, my dog had her vaccination done. On the way home, ARVC then called and asked if i can come over at 5pm to vaccinate my dog. Ha, they still have the cheek to say 5pm!. I told them my dog had just completed her vaccination. My point is- If the Vet is so busy, then dont give me an appointment time at 3 when your Vet is only available at 5.
Animal Recovery Veterinary Centre is quite a good place even though you had to wait for 2v hours of queue but the doctors there called Dr Lucy Shum was quite a good vet she'll tell you what you can do more and what can makes your pets gets recovers they don't utunize any animals and plus they would try their best to help to make your pets survive
