This is a great website to search for hotel information and review comments from guests. I found their rates are reasonably good, especially when the rate include taxes (which in some countries coould add up to 20%-30% of the bill) and breakfast.
Excellent service from on-line bookings to email confirmation.
I have one good experoenced that I need to cut short my holiday for 1 day and return home. They actually had the arrangement with the hotel and refund me for 1 night, which by their policy is not possible.
