A truly disappointing experience. The facilities are good at first glance with an ample waiting area and 2 couple rooms. Quality of massage was however poor and the masseuses were Hokkien touting aunties with no clue about aromatherapy. The massages do not start on time so expect to wait 45 minutes despite prior booking. The spa consultants promise that only 3 days advance notice need to be given for spa bookings but after signing on the dotted line they will tell you that bookings require at least 30 days advance notice! The establishment is clearly oversubscribed beyond reasonable capacity so don't expect to be able to use the couple at all. [Read more] |
