What sort of detail you are looking at, I'm not quite sure but I do feel a good manager should be capable of leading a good team & be a role model herself. I flew back to Singapore and was surprised to received by my family. They wanted to have a dinner to celebrate my birthday. We decided on Earl's. Everything went well. We sat down among the little crowd and went on. We were not picky over the food. After we are done with our meals, our plates were slowly removed by the service staff too across the table. Then she came by. The Lady Manager in her red shirt, easily distinguised. Well I did not actually bother by her presence in front of us till she dropped my plate and cutleries loudly while collecting them in front of me and the sharp drop with the combination hits my ear drum. Such service surely does not make the meal pleasant. Good food must go hand in hand with good service. Will watch out for that lady in red when we are there :)
