This bak chor mee stall is always super long queue. The queue is always there never ease one. Hmmm this really tells how nice the bak chor mee is.
I actually queue nearly 25mins for my turn. Don't know why they prepare the mee so long. Hmm.. I love the ingredients. But the portion is too small. After finish eating, it seems like I never eaten anything. Opps.
The mee is slightly harder then the usual bak chor mee which I normally eat. Maybe it should be cooked for slightly longer. If it has to be cooked for a few more minutes guess I won't queue for it.
I could say this stall has its faithful fans because of the daily queue. I'm working near this hawker so every lunch time I will surely see the queue.
This is the first bak chor mee I ate that comes with a slice of prawn. Luckily I ordered dry mee because the soup is slightly salty so if I ordered soup base I guess I won't finish up.
Lastly, the price is still reasonable but the portion should be slightly more. If they cook faster maybe I will give a 4 star rating. But the wait if really unbearable. Sorry to keep emphasizing it.

I have being there twice and I simply love their standard fish n chips. The serving is obviously big at a super reasonable price. You have a choice of having either chips or fries. But to me it doesn't make a big difference. Haha!
During my first visit, my friend and I even mix up which is chips and which is fries because we really can't tell. Opps!!! Chips is slightly "deep" fried where you can see there's a little "black" here and there and for fries it's simply well fried and you won't see any "black" parts on it.
I really love their curry mayo sauce. It really taste great. I don't think we get to taste curry mayo sauce outside. They have quite a number of different mayo sauce. It really goes well with the fish and chips.
Oh ya I almost forgot their calamari is fantastic too. The only thing I don't like about their place is its self service. Also the location is just directly opposite Central Mall. If my friends never bring me there I will never get to know that there's such a wonderful fish and chips there.
I had a friend who worked at the MICA building and she doesn't know this place actually exists. Hmm.. maybe they should advertise to make the place more obvious. :p
KOI Cafe is a store which sells Bubble tea originated from Taiwan. Their service is really good.
Their bubble tea ranges from Flavored Tea, Blended, Milk Tea to Chewing Tea and Iced Coffee and hot Coffee. Their bubble tea has 3 different sizes ranging from S, M, L.
The price ranges from $1.40 to $6.70 depending on which beverage you order. I really love their pearl or rather bubble. They have two sizes from big bubbles to small bubbles which is slightly bigger than a size of sago.
Their tea has different sugar level. When you place your order they will ask you what sugar level you prefer. It range from Healthy - No Sugar, 25% - Quater Sugar, 50% - Half Sugar, 70% - Less Sugar or lastly 100% - Full Sugar.
The taste of their bubble tea is very genuine as compared to those normal bubble tea outside.
They even has delivery service. Their straw is very hygienic too. Each straw is package in a plastic cover so they are 100% clean.
Do give it a try if you pass by Chinatown. I really love their bubble tea.

Now, I just want to add the good thing about Gramophone. That is Gramophone also buy back used CDs/VCDs/DVDs/Blu-Ray Discs at this outlet.
So if you have any used CDs, vcds or DVDs which are in good condition, you can consider selling them to Gramophone.
Only certain outlets then they have such service. So do check out their websites for more info. The Url is http://www.gramophone.com.sg/webstore/index.php?main_page=page&id=1&chapter=0
Lastly, just for additional information, do call before going down as there is a person who is in charge of the 2nd hand cds. So to avoid disappointment do call before going down.
In this way, this is also a good way to recycle you unwanted cds.
The Giant Supermarket's products are mostly from Malaysia as all of use know Giant was originated from Malaysia. Some of the items are a few cents more expensive than NTUC. But they do have products which are imported from Malaysia which are more cheaper.
Giant Tampines is just besides IKEA so its quite convenient to shop at this supermarket after you have done your shopping at IKEA or COURTS.
With this super big supermarket situated in the east, it greatly benefited those residing at the east. One thing I don't like about Giant is their foodcourt is very small. Even if shoppers want to dine there also hard.
But I do admit their food court has a wide variety of food.
Some even placed their shopping trolley along the walkway just in front of the foodcourt making people hard to walk because the escalator to exit from the supermarket is near to the food court area.
The toilet even worst. Super duper crowded. I guess they should expand their toilets by installing more cubicles.
