Very disappointing service. Slow response. Regret very much
buying the Fujitsu air-con. It broke down suddenly in less than a yr's time since the installation. Winfinity refused to send people down to fix it immediately giving excuses that they have too many appointments. My appointment is dragged until 5 days later. I was enraged to learn from some technicians in the field that Fujitsu air-cons are so lousy that they always give problem and are extremely unreliable. I used other brands before and none of them gave me any serious problems even without regular servicing.
