Inle Myanmar Restaurant

On a lazy Friday afternoon, I went with 3 colleagues to Inle for lunch, hoping to finish lunch in under 40 mins and have some time for shopping at Funan.

When we got in, there wasn't alot of people. I ordered the Moun Hin Ga, which was recommended to me by the waiter. I also ordered the Say Kalama with my set lunch.

Maybe it's me but I always ended up having my order delayed or wrongly delivered. Maybe it's the waiters all watching the developments in their home country or something but it took a while for our orders to be taken and we waited for 20 mins.

Mine came last.

On first sight, the noodles looks devilishly hot and spicy. But it's not as hot as I expected, having been accustomed to Thai cruisine from my many visits to Thailand. The noodles were springy enough but the egg was slightly blacked on the edge of the yolk, which would suggest to me it wasn't freshly made (could be last night or the morning).
