Waraku is a name well-known in our country.
Their food have a standard which applies to all of their restaurants.

Same pretty much applies for this branch.
Or so i thought.

I visited the place thrice last year and everytime was pretty much a disappointment.

Foodwise i wld give 6.5/10
Really like their cream pastas its not too creamy that it chokes one up and the seafood is fresh so thats a bonus.

Waiting time is really good as well so no complains abt that.

But really guys the service has to be improved!
How long does one need to call for a server so that i can place my order?
It is really difficult to capture the attention of the servers even when the place is not packed at all

Really hope to see improvements on that.
