Definitely me and my wife's favorite steak place. It's so worth it (price and taste wise) that on a particular month, we went to eat there every sunday. That's 4 times in one month. Even now with the economic slowdown and all, we still go there like 2-3 times/ month.

Word of caution though, the queue can be very long during lunch or dinner time. So coming at 2pm-5pm is very advisable to avoid queuing for too long although there maybe a short line of queue still.

Ordering the meal of your choice is very simple, pick one of the main dishes and it will come with 2 choices of hot or cold side dishes. My favorite which is also my wife's favorite is the New York Strip medium done. The portion is bigger than the prime sirloin. That's why we always opted for the New York Strip. =)
Waiting time for the food is quite reasonable which is 5-15 minutes ( can be more if you come at peak hours ). You can always order the mushroom soup as an appetizer while waiting for the main dish to come.

Dishes we usually order : 2 New York Strips, 2 Soups, 1 ice water, and 1 soft drink. The bill came around 35-38 dollars. So very reasonable for 2 big steaks. =)

Overall astons is somewhat quite good for me as price and taste wise is very reasonable. So for all of you that has not try astons, please do so. Totally worth your money. Go Try it, it's a must

I had the chance to sample Aston's New york strip (if I can recall it correctly) when their new branch opened at the new Sembawang Shopping Centre last February. I can say it was all good! The waiting time was acceptable (10 minutes, considering it was the opening day and boy! It's already packed with people!), the ambience is welcoming, and of course my food deserved an applause! The location of their outlet also allowed them to put an al fresco dining experience, and what more, it's on the topmost floor of the mall. Wish you all the best Aston's!

Good quality food, cheap and fast service.

I like their grilled fish. Although the flavour is not strong enough, the texture is nice because i find it well grilled on the outside and the softness is still maintained inside. Also there was no fishy taste.
But if you are one who go for heavily flavoured food, this might not be for you.

Their fries are pretty nice as well. Soft in the inside and crispy on the outside.

Their prices are pretty affordable too. Definitely won't burn a whole in your pocket (:

Service was rather good as we did not have to wait too long for the food to arrive.

I was always curious about the long queues outside Astons. One day, my curiosities beat me to it and I joined the never-ending queue. It was not a long wait to be seated, but waiting for the food was longer than I expected. I guess it was because of the lunch time hour, but I seriously feel that they were short of staff.

It took quite some time to get hold of the waiter to take down your order. Then, you had to wait even longer for the food to come. All in all, it was quite a wait before the food came.

The food was not bad though, and filling. And it is pretty cheap compared to other western food restaurants. But if I had to wait that long, I think I will go somewhere else..
