Went for their $30 dollars screening and consultation about 2 months ago because of my nagging neck pain. The people there are very friendly, not sure thats because they wanted more business ha.. but yeah it sure win over me for their friendliness. Waited for a while for the consultation then its finally my turn. I was told by of my various problems quite specifically which I never realised it till now. The 30dollars was worth spending, at least I knew what was happening to me. I was recommended to go for further sessions which I havent done so. Would do so when I have the time for it. I guess most people are quite turned off by going to chiropractors as its quite costly. But nevertheless, its for your own benefit and wellbeing. :)

Like the fact that it is a food court kind of place. But everything there seems to cost alot more than what is stated before. Cha Siu Ramen at $6.90 when it used to be $5.90. I kinda like the chili they have for the ramen. But one thing I dun like is the way they placed their other ingredients. They placed it in front of the cashier and when I ordered, the ingredients in the containers are left only a bit and looks quite untidy. I think that is one part they need to improve on it. But the soup base tasted great and i have no stomachache after so its good in all haa..They also have those omelette rice, sushi or sashimi and pizza and so on. Quite a lot of variety of Japanese food. But the pricing is getting abit pricey nowadays.

Its not that crowded when I went during the weekends on sat night. So its still good to meet up with friends over dinner. At least you dun have to pay for the service charge and GST to enjoy a restaurant kind of setting and food standards. ;)

This bread talk branch is conveniently located near the exit of the City Hall MRT, the Raffles City shopping center and the City link entrance. Offering quite a variety of different types of bread, cakes and desserts for the hungry.

I always like to get the moshi mushroom and the tuna or the pork floss bun. Don't really like the phoenix one, don't know what they do to the exterior of the bun, but it has this burnt taste which reminds me of the charred chicken wing during bbq outings.

I tried the teriyaki chicken bun this time and find it quite okay even though the bun looks flat and squarish, not really pleasing to the eye. ha.. If only it can be cheaper..

Went to this branch few weeks ago for dinner. I quite like the interior of it. Not that brightly lit but giving you a kind of cosy feeling. It seems that the ordering through computer is no longer available, not sure why.

I ordered the katsu curry rice and my friend ordered the salmon don. I find the slices of the salmon given were too thin. But at that price of $7.90, is quite okay I suppose but definitely not filling enough if it is for me. As for what i've ordered, I quite liked the curry and the rice is done just right, together with the breaded pork. In all, I quite like it. Maybe I'm hungry that night i dun know. ha.. Finding the ala carte sushi abit expensive, we only got one plate of sushi during the course of dinner. And I kept wondering where is the normal cheap chawanmushi they used to have there.

Some observations I had about this outlet. They had a new menu nowadays. I'm not sure how long I haven't been to Sakae Sushi so i'm not sure when did they changed it. But I liked the fact that they still have the 10% discount for credit cards such as Citibank (for spending of $40 and above), HSBC and POSB/ DBS (for spending of $30 and above). And you can now even exchange reward coupons instead of the 10% discount.

Nowadays the sushi on colored plates cost up to $2.29 per plate. Quite an increase from the $1.90 last time. And the premium ones at $5.59 per plate. The buffets are still valid - the lunch, high tea and dinner. I think the prices are still the same.

What I realize is that I see more variety of sushi than what I remembered before. Me and my friend got a few of the color plates and the red ones. I like their sun maki especially. Didn't try alot of the sushi as my stomach doesn't allow. ha.

I wouldn't really recommend you all to try the ramen over there as it doesn't really taste as tasty as the ones I ate in Japan. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken Ramen. The chicken and ramen was okay, the egg was abit saltish. As for the soup, I would prefer a stronger taste to it. Its not that oily though, so if you prefer something plain and filling, maybe you can order it.

Glad that there's improvement in the variety of sushi and others. I should be going there again.
