Went shopping on eve of Valentine's Day, was packed with people, as they are having Sales.

Alot of ladies, including myself, was on the Men's department looking for wallets/pouch/belts.

Although it's very crowded but the sales ladies at Braun Buffel counter was very patience and helpful.

I was browsing at key pouch and was showed a few pieces. I thought to go round looking at other brands, and left the counter.

Eventually I walked back and the lady who served me minutes ago, was busy serving others. But when she sees me, she quickly asked her other available colleauges to show me key pouch. I was surprised, she's very good at customer service.

The discounted pieces all sold out except for display piece, which I dont want. Eventually, I bought a New Arrival without discount.

Party because I want it also because Im given good customer service.
