My parcel was suppose to be here today by 12pm. I called them office at 12:30pm and the staff said that it will arrive before 1pm. So I waited until 2pm, in case the driver was stuck in a traffic jam, called back again and the office was closed. I checked the tracking details at 3pm and the delivery was delayed. They didn't even give a reason. How unreliable.
Now I have to wait two more days to call them back again. This is the first time I used DPEX for shipping and probably my last time. Definitely not professional at all.

I got an international shipping from my business partner attention to me on the 27 Feb 09. (Consignment no 201263844924). As I was not at home to receive the package, I made arrangement for it to be delivered to my wife office on the 4 of March. My wife waited the whole day at her office but the shipment does not arrive. We called to check and it was reschedule to be on 5 of March, 2-5pm.
At 3pm, I called the customer service hotline to check the outcome of my delivery. One of your customer service officers, Ali claimed that he called the delivery driver and he could only make the delivery after 5pm as he had lots of delivery on hand. I demand to talk to a customer service manager but was told that she was on leave. I requested to talk to his supervisor but he claimed that he was not at his desk. I wanted to talk to someone in charge but he claimed no one was available and he slammed down the phone
This company fails to delivery on time and customer service officer slammed down client phone call.
