I placed an order for a bedframe with this company before CNY. Immediately after placing my order, I need to cancel it because I found something else more suitable. As I have fully paid for the item ordered, I can only exchange it for other items. About a month later, I went back to the shop and I was very pleased with the way the sales person ( and the boss ) handle the matter. They did not try to take advantage on the pricing even knowing well that I am exchanging goods. They describe every item clearly and even offer discount for the exchanged item without demand.

In fact, most shop owner will take advantage on the price when it is an exchange case. I am very happy with the services provided by the staff IRENE and Leslie and will be back to purchase items from them again.
