Delivery is supposed to give you the convenience and to save you time. But KFC delivery is definitely not.

My family prefers KFC chicken to pizza or burgers. So, for CNY, we tend to eat KFC chicken when the foodcourts / kopitiam are not available. But we hate calling KFC. The year before, we were told to wait 1-2 hrs and we end up not ordering and just go out to see what stalls are available at our nearby kopitiam. This year, we called at 5 and was told that they cannot take our orders and say can call us back if we want to wait. But when they call back twice across 2 hours, we are still told that they cannot take our order.

We should have pop over to a branch further away and order take away, probably we would have gotten the chicken earlier.
