We were in frantic need to get a UK football onesie for our last minute diaper cake order. I came across it before and I knew Mothercare carried it.
By then it was already 9.30pm. We called up MOthercare Parkway to check whether it was still available. Yes, they have stock of the item. BUt the store closes at 10pm and we were in Marina square.
We got on the cab only to find that there was a big huge jam going into ECP. Called MC Parkway again and begged them to wait a little longer beyond their call of duty. WE negotiated and the supervisor said will wait for us for 15 minutes.
Anyhow, the jam cleared and we were there ten minutes before 10pm. Phew. When we arrived there, she had our item reserved and we made our purchase and thank her profusely for acceding to our request despite the fact that they had a store event on that day.
