I have been going to them since they first opened at cantonment and i love their detox treatment with scrub, steam and massage!
i love their special concocted massage oil/scrub which uses lotsa good stuff like herbs and jamu

I find this outlet good, not only because their package treatment offers different types of massage (stone, chopsticks, detox, slimming), but also because their therapists are really good.
I always have neck problem, probably just because of a lack of stretching exercise and also due to work pressure. So, I often go for massage treatments to relax the body. Sometimes, I just choose to go to the neighborhood shops where it costs something like $40 to $60 for an hour. At Rustic Nirvana, it cost me $84 for 1 session. On the looks of it, it seems more expensive (which I do feel a little pain sometimes). But, it includes a body wrap or steam. So the whole treatment usually takes 1.5 hour. And you can have a shower at the end of it, plus a ginger or longan tea to top the whole enjoyment.
I personally like their detox treatment, where it includes a steam. Not a steam bath, but where they actually cover you up from neck to top with a tent, and inject steam into the tent to create a warming detox effect. That really relax me and puts me to a nice nap.
