SBS Service No. 57 - I take this bus to work in the mornings for 2 years since and guess I have no choice but to tolerate it irregularity and infrequency. At times, if I missed the bus, it means a wait of at least 20-25 mins before the next bus comes. Same for the evening ride back home in which waiting time can take up to 30 mins should I missed the earlier bus by say a few minutes. Writing to SBS last year was fruitless as there is no reply and meanwhile the bus gets even crowded. There have been talk for more than a year now about improving service time to no more than 10 mins wait but I am sceptical if that will ever materialised. Disappointingly, it's all talk and no action.
