Sadly, Shoplah is still operating today after so many complaints. My mistake is not doing an online search for it before I bought from them.

I bought 2 tops and 1 dress about 2 weeks ago and the items arrived on Sat (more than the 7 days stated). Unfortunately, the items were not up to expectation.
1. The length of one of the tops was much shorter than the dimensions shown on their website.
2. The dress had a stain on the white portion, and it doesn't look like it could be washed off. The stitching of the dress was also not sewn properly, resulting in an ugly bulge at the front.
I had immediately informed Shoplah about the defects and requested to exchange the top and dress. Sadly, Shoplah was only nterested in a one-time off business and INSISTED that I pay $4 per piece for exchange, excluding postage.
I do not see why I have to pay extra for the exchange since it was Shoplah's mistake in the 1st place. Their attitude has been extremely unethical and rude. My emails also went unanswered for days. I threatened legal action and their reply was "You can proceed to legal charges and our stand will be clear and firm."
They are now on facebook and have a fan base of 8487!!! Something needs to be done!!! Anyone has any ideas? What happened to those who went to CASE? What was CASE's reply?

Have not dealt with them before, but have read quite a number of negative reviews regarding them. I wouldnt buy from them in the first place as i do order clothes through my friend, as we spree directly from the tw supplier, which is definitely cheaper. But like some people, who are not patient enough to wait, they might be more willing to pay more.
I am very sure that they imported goods from tw, china or hk websites, and sold them off at a higher price. We have experiences in ordering from various tw auction sites, and have no problems, except for maybe a few colour mix up.
My point is, even overseas website allow exchange and products are not suppose to be inferior. The measurements on shoplah! are not as detailed as those on the taiwan websites. Together with the negative feedbacks provided, i personally wouldnt buy from them, when they cant deliver what they promise, despite a supposingly "shorter" waiting time.

the owner is actually a university grad. shame on her. really out to do one off business. i urge you to write to ST forum. only when u post this everywhere will you warn everyone out there.

I knew the owner and he is my client. There had been complains on shoplah even on newpaper before, however they doing good ;-)
mmm, shoplah.com shouldn't be considered a blogstore actually. it's a registered business (home office)
I've make purchasefor my wife before, yar the size can be wrong becoz most is "free size" only. not all that we buy she can wear ://
actually there website already stated "All goods will be 80 - 90% similar to the pictures."
shoplah is suitable for those that can WAIT and want GOOD deals ;-)
once a shop exists long enough there are bounds to be both negative and positive feedbacks. so buyer-beware and decide your own risks factor.

they claimed in the T&C and emails repeated that goods are delivered approx. 7 days, it took more than 3 weeks upon threatening. they claimed that if we understand simple english, they did not promise 7 days delivery and that we are accusing them
inferior products
very thin see through material, buttons are not even sewn, just stringed together.
free sizes are extra small and non fitting to an avg person.
dresses are above knee length for those approx. 1.6m tall.
no refund for wrong goods delivered
pictures and products dont match. from colours to design yet there's no refund.
search for shoplah in yahoo to read all horror stories victims have to share.

yeah this shoplah is lousy..
they indicate that about 7 working days i could self-collect. who knows.... once you order.. she will reply saying self-collect have to wait longer then delivery.
Indicate next week i can make appointmnent to collect.
one week passed then you tried to call them for appointment. the mobile phone never on. . if on, is never been picked up. then email them... they reply can only make appointment next week.. next week by next week.
when can i ever collect my stuff..
super cheating online website.
so i decided to let everyone knows about it, in case got cheated by them again..
till now i have not received my stuff.. im completely disappointed by them..

their reply is rude and finally they let me know when i can collect. Will keep everyone posted of the quality of the clothes. Keep my fingers crossed else i be dumping my $ down the drain :(

here my updates. The Quality are alright. but about 2-3pieces are too small or different from the picture. They are really very slow and their attitude is damn bad. This is the first and the last time

I agree with CandyBits. I just received my orders, which I have waited for more than 2 weeks from Shoplah.com.And guess what??The colour is totally different, and not even close to the one in the picture.i can’t even fit into them when it says free size when Im just a mere small size!!Totally disappointed..they completely tarnished the good impression i have of online shopping...

wide range and choices
price: affordable
almost all around $10/$20 range
postage: bad
took a long time and does not request for mailing address to mail items over even though they claimed that they have already received the item which were from other countries.
i waited almost 2 mth for items and was not informed when i need to wait till i went to send an email asking for items.
quality: poor
ordered more then 3 clothing, 2 defects and request for exchange and they send back the same defect clothing. Postage is $2plus and they offer to pay for it, in the end only get $1plus.
Won't deal with this seller anymore, i'm not the only buyer unhappy with their bad quality of clothing and long waiting for items.
