i just got back my phone after having it serviced. a new scratch was "added" and i mentioned it immediately to the collection counter. she came back telling me that it was not their fault and refuse a replacement of the scratched piece.
I tried to bring out the fact that my phone was with them and there is no way that I can scratch my own phone yet my request for a change was refused.
this is the second time that I brought my phone for service and some new defects can be detected each time i went.
I think that there is a big room for improvement in terms of their services. furthermore, the waiting time is really really long.
