This is a new outlet added to SUkigroup just less then 1year. It's much cheaper then other japanese restaurant and the queue is really long.

When I 1st try, the food was still ok thou the waiting time abit too long, almost 20mins when you order from the menu. Even the tofu need 20mins wait, as it was dinner time so I take it as busy.

Went there for the 2nd time after lunch hour around 230pm, in the whole restaurant, only around 5tables with customers. Yet my order take 20-30mins to serve. I dont know why it's not peak hours, they still take so long to do the dish. Unlike other restaurant, the most is a 10mins wait.

The 3rd time and last time I went there, again it's dinner time. Order from menu as usual, take 20-30mins to come, by then I have already eaten more then 8plates from the sushi belt and already full.

Everytime I complain about the long wait norm I will wait for 10 to 15mins before I sound out to them. I received no apologies, no expression except, ' I go check' and when they come back to me it's still the same phrase 'still doing'..

The food is not fantastic thou it's cheaper then other restaurants but the waiting time for food is really a disappointment.

But why still long queue esp dinnertime, coz there's no other eatery in punggol except Koufu, Kopitiam.
