    I went to the Parkway Parade branch but since they dry-clean their customers' clothes at the same factory, I suppose it is relevant to post here.

    They gave my new dress a stain and the rude staff turned around and accused that the stain was already there when I brought it to them. I didn't get any compensation for that. Not even an apology from a manager or supervisor.

    Sometimes the clothes I send for dry-cleaning would come back crumpled.

    Never ever trust them with your leather jackets. My leather biker jacket came back with serious cracks and they only compensated 20% of its value.
