My family and I walked into this restaurant due to the huge life-sized poster of Moses Lim placed outside.
Three-quarters of the items in the menu had the Health Promotion Board's "Healthier Choice" stickers pasted next to them.
We got our food really quick and piping hot as well. Must tries would have to be the zha jiang mian and the green tea puffs (dessert). the menu stated red bean puffs but the waitress told us that they have ran out of red bean and asked if they could serve the green tea version of it. I agreed because I LOVE green tea. It was really light as they used egg whites for the puff pastry - good for cholesterol watchers like my dad.
The Xiao Long Baos were pretty good too but I still prefer Ding Tai Feng's.
Total bill was a little more than $100 for 4 people.

Went back to this restaurant again with my mom. Service was still the same. Food arrived promptly. The hot and sour noodles my mom had were made on the spot as we saw the chef rolling the dough and cutting it. You can really taste the freshness of the noodles (texture was very smooth and bouncy).
The shanghai pork rice that I had was simple, but very satisfying.
We ordered chive dumpling soup and steamed vegetable buns as well and surprisingly the bill only came up to S$27 only.
