Sure or not that bad. I cater from them last week everything was perfect. I order from a lady call Josie she was very patient with me on and recommended to me their famous dishes and explain to me the pick up and delivery timing very carefully and clearly. She even call me a few days to remind me on the delivery timing.
On that day the food delivered on time and the delivery guys set up all the warmer I order butter prawns and chicken wings too, there are no warmer too. I think it is a standard there are no warmer for deep fry food lah no because they did not provide warmer to you. Relax lah.
They delivery guys called before coming to collect the warmer and ask if we are ready and if not they can come later. They are very nice and polite. I think like they service and find the food to suit my taste.
My comments for them is good and should have a 4 star rating of course have room to improve lah.

Catered for 70 people buffet dinner from 4pm - 9pm.
1. Food was insufficient even though lesser than 70 guests came
2. Fried chicken wings were already soggy before setup. Color of chicken wings did not look appealing at all.
3. Sweet and sour pork as recommended by Mr Lim as 'equally good like their pork with plum sauce' was disappointing, pork had a unpleasant meat taste
4. Only the bee hoon and chicken curry had burner to heat, the rest of the food like butter prawns, chicken wings, etc were left on the table without a stand and heat
5. Was informed of last minute changes to collection and packing up timing from 9pm to 8pm by setup staff (even though Mr Lim, who took the orders, and another lady, who follow up on payment and timing coordination, PROMISED that timing is flexible for customers and they will wait until at least our guests finished up the food near the promised timing.
BUT, 2 staff came at 7.30pm to pack up the buffet table!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And they insisted that we have agreed to let them do that which obviously it isn't the case.
We told them then at least they must wait until after 8pm, although the invoice stated 9pm.
So they cancelled the 9pm to 8pm on the invoice by themselves and insisted that 7.30pm is near 8pm so they are allowed to clear up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And they also didn't inform the hosts that they are about to clear up, they went about removing the food and table cloth while my guests were still taking the food and they are still lots of food left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They had the cheek to argue back in front of my guests..............
They chased my guests to stand up to let them take back the rental chairs.......... both blackface and talked rudely to my guests

SERVICE ALREADY STINKS BEFORE PAYMENT AND SETUP
SERVICE BECAME WORSE WHEN AFTER PAYMENT, THEY JUST WANT TO WRAP UP AND GO
