Recently I bought a refurbished Ipod touch (1st Gen) online. The process to purchase online was simple and efficient. I went to the Google search engine to find “Ipod touch refurbished” and a whole list of related articles appear before me. I clicked and it immediately brought to the apple website. Next, I selected the product I want and add it to cart. Lastly, I filled in the payment information and that’s it.
The next day was a Saturday and I received a slip of note outside my door saying the delivery was at what time and I was not in. In the note, I was given a number to call. Hence, I called and the customer service officer pickup and said she will call the delivery man to see if he’s still in the vicinity. After 10mins, another of her colleague called and said that the delivery man will be drop by within half an hour. The customer officer also call back to ensure that.
I must say I was very pleased with the overall service.

I'm a huge fan of Apple products and my latest toy is an 8GB iPhone. Honestly, I'm so glad Singtel has struck a deal with Apple as everyone should own one. It's probably the best handset I've ever owned..
Like most Singaporeans, I prefer visiting a physical shop and trying out the products before making the purchase. During the "Back to school" promotion, Apple bundled an iPod Nano with every laptop purchased. Sounds good? Yes! Unfortunately this offer was only an online deal so my brother and I were contemplating if we should go for it.
Well, we bought it. The order was made on a friday afternoon and the macbook came the next day. Cool! The iPod didn't arrive until the following week as we had it specially engraved.
All in all, great service and they delivered on time. Awesome!

All from the online store.
They will indicate the time taken to 'ship' or rather deliver to our doorstep.
Usually its 12 hours, 24 hours, even a week for new products.
However they usually take lesser time than specified, and will call you to ask when u feel like it being delivered, and to ur friends house or urs.
Everything seems so perfect and the stuff are seldom in defect.
All wrapped up nicely, the smaller ones in envelope...macbook in the slim box...
