This high popularity western stall and has already opened for quite a few years. My friends and I heard that the steak is great and so we decided to go there and have dinner. When I reached there, there were a few people waiting to be seated. Service is good. The food is great. The price is excellent. Spending less than $20 and I got to enjoy such nice steaks. I love their sauce the most. The steak tastes so tender and juicy. I would definitely visit the stall again although the waiting time for me is rather long. (ard 40mins)

I had visited this outlet once with my friend after our retail therapy. It was packed at that time (lunchtime) and the servers were rather busy. Perhaps because of this, the servers seemed to look rather "black face".

I chose the ALL DAY SET MEAL which is served with the SOUP OF THE DAY MAIN COURSE COFFEE/TEA/ORANGE JUICE DESSERT. This is only available from 11.30am to 9.30pm. As for my main course, I chose Roast Chicken which cost $8.80. I think it's considered a VALUE MEAL as spending only $8.80, I got to enjoy so many food. Besides that, the chicken is rather big for a person to consume. So, it's GREAT!!! Nice food.

I had been there once with my parents for international buffet during lunch time. It wasn't crowded at that time and so, we were comfortably enjoying ourselves with the food. The environment there was good too. The staff were polite and friendly as well.

It was an international buffet so there are mainly japanese, chinese, western dishes, ice-cream, chocolate fondue and free flow of drinks.

I think that the French goose liver paste tastes great when eaten with biscuit. Out of all the food there, I think Shishamo is the best. As for the chocolate fondue, I think it would be great if they can add mashmellow and bananas because there are only cherries and sliced apples.

I think the prices are reasonable given that there is a variety of food to choose.

After watching the recent Korean movie, Le Grand Chef, I had the urge of eating Korean cuisine. And so, my friend and I went to Food Republic for our dinner. I went to the Korean Food store and check out what they have while my friend went to queue up for her fried fish fillet mee sua.

Compared to other foodcourts in various shopping malls islandwide, Food Republic seems to be a higher class one. It is quite comfortable to sit near the windows.

Indeed, there are some of the popular Korean dishes like bibimbap, bulgogi, cold noodles, kimchi rice and many more. In the end, I ordered Kimchi Fried Rice which cost $6.50. Rice cake costs $6. The food at the Korean Food Store ranges from $5.50 to $12 or so. They also sell soju there.

The fried rice tastes great. It's quite spicy due to the Kimchi.

The fried fish fillet mee sua is also very popular there. Judging from the long queue and articles and award certs pasted at their stores, it is a worth trying dish. My friend offered me a piece of fried fish fillet and it is indeed delicious. very crispy. hmm, think i will try this next time when I go to wisma atria shopping. :)

Hmm.. should have review on the stall alone instead of putting it under the food court as a whole.

           muddy mudpie
It is an ideal place to sit down and have an afternoon tea with friends.

There are only 2 to 3 customers when my friend and I reached there. So, it is quite comfortable and quiet to enjoy our afternoon tea there.

We ordered a piece of muddy mudpie each for ourselves. It is not those cake kind, but rather, the mudpie itself is simply icecream. Chocolate icecream with oreo-taste powder sprinkled on it. It's just a perfect match when eaten together. It cost $8.90 which I think is rather expensive for just a chocolate icecream which can be eaten and bought anywhere outside.

As for the service over there, I am not very satisfied with it. We ordered 2 pieces of mudpies, but it turned out that the waitress heard wrongly. Instead of 2 mudpies, she heard one. We did not blame her at all but being apologetic, she apologised to us. However, the other waitress whispered to her which is loud enough for me to hear very clearly said in Mandarin, " Aiya, why apologize? You don't have to apologise...." Her remarks and atittude when saying that makes me really fuming. I mean, it's not a right thing to say in front of customers, even though one may think it's just only a whisper. Besides that, my friend and I did not beg her for an apology. We did not blame her or angry with her in the first place. When we wanted to foot our bill, I told a Malay waitress there and she just nod her head and roll her eyes. I was stunned. But I just pretended nothing had happened and wished to leave that place as soon as possible. Given this kind of service, how would I ever wanted to patronise the cafe again?
