I like their friendly stuff. its pretty much like a normal prata stall but they serve a pretty extensive range of food. just for mee instead, u can have it hong kong mee, mee pattaya, mee goreng ayam etc.
and their portion of the food is big! both me and my boyfriend couldnt finish our portion. and we ask to add ice to our half empty teh cino, they top it up as if its a brand new cup :)
yep nihon mura is known more for its cheap sushi. Id say the quality of the sushi is not bad given its attractive pricing.
their other stuff like don or sashimi are are not exactly that cheap however. i remember paying about $10 plus for those 'stone bowl' rice in very small portion. and somehow i feel that the way they serve their food are not very consistent. for example, maybe today theres onion in the yakiniku don, but tmr there isnt. there may be egg today and tomorrow its not served with egg.
generally, i see the reason for its crowd, especially during weekend dinner time. but one thing that really puts me off is basically their service. especially their method of ordering food whereby you have to take some ice cream sticks with the dish name on it and pass all the ice cream sticks you have to their stuff. obviously it created alot of confusion that they served me wrong food several times. and refuse to change my order saying that i DID make that order.
overall, food is alright but definitely room for improvement for services.
Im a super big fan of Kooshi I can remember the names of their designs :)
Kooshi's stuff are made in very comfortable materials you will be addicted to their stuff. Furthermore, some of their designs are so so pretty and body flattering. They have good customer service and provide a one to one exchange if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
However, some of their cuttings are pretty big even for the smallest size. And of course, since i can only see the picture of the model in Kooshi's stuff, the actual piece of the item may be slightly different from the pic in terms of colours etc. Also bear in mind the item is on a MODEL, so they always look great on pictures. But its not that bad coz they allow a one time exchange as mentioned.
Another bad point about them is that sometimes when i purchase items from a sale, they gave me the obviously exchanged item from their previous customer. Its not that the item is stained or worn but its obvious to tell coz the tag has been removed and the item may be packed in a different packaging from Kooshi's. And some of their items are sheer (or rather transparent) but you cant really tell it from the pictures coz they're photoshopped. So you'll really have to read its descriptions carefully on what kinda materials are they using.
