When we step in, we were given some forms to fill up and was showed to the changing room. We were walking along stones lined pavement, really like walking in a garden. It's awesome.
After we changed, we were lead to the resting lounge for a ginger tea before our massage starts.
Shortly, we were lead to a room, with 2 beds, a shower and the windows are clear glass looking out to the garden with a bath and garden chairs and table. It was really relaxing.
We have our scrub, which wasn't too harsh and have a quick shower. As we start our massage, we realised that the massage you booked if it's catergorised as light to medium pressure, they will not go further then hard. So end it all, the pressure wasn't firm enough to relax our aching shoulder and back. We were told we should have booked 'inner respite' instead as that one is a hard massage.
I was wondering why can't the girls just put more pressure.
Overall the service and environment is good, except to note, the pressure of the massage is determined by the type of therapy you want and not as if you can ask the girls to put more pressure. It's abit quite unable to understand, as other spas can do it, why can't this one.

Alot of ladies, including myself, was on the Men's department looking for wallets/pouch/belts.
Although it's very crowded but the sales ladies at Braun Buffel counter was very patience and helpful.
I was browsing at key pouch and was showed a few pieces. I thought to go round looking at other brands, and left the counter.
Eventually I walked back and the lady who served me minutes ago, was busy serving others. But when she sees me, she quickly asked her other available colleauges to show me key pouch. I was surprised, she's very good at customer service.
The discounted pieces all sold out except for display piece, which I dont want. Eventually, I bought a New Arrival without discount.
Party because I want it also because Im given good customer service.

Hubby wants to eat at Fish&CO, thou we were the 1st at the queue, we waited for almost 10min coz of not enough staff and tables not cleared in time.
When we got our seats, immediately we ordered their Valentine's menu, which only for today, no other menu was available today.
The Menu for 2 which includes any 2soup/salad, 2maincourse or 1 seafood platter to share and 1drink for $49.90 .
Our soup came less then 5minutes but not hot and it took them another 5minutes for our drinks. After 25minutes, our maincourse came. Extremely long wait, usual will take only 10-15minutes for main course to be served.
While waiting for our main course, a few issues happened. A waiter came and served us soup, Hot with smoke, I told him we had our soup, he went back to the kitchen. Then another waitress came with 2drinks, looking at our ice tea on the table, she still asked if we ordered another round of drinks.
I wondered is it because of the crowd today, that's why they are so confused.
After we foot our bill, we wasn't given any mint like usual days.
Probably it's crowded and busy, they cut the giving mint routine.
Anyway, maybe the confusion it's only for today, hopefully :)

After seeing long queues everywhere even food court, last evening, finally I walked in as there are no queues and ordered their Zhao Pai Mi Xian.
The service was very fast from seated down to take orders to being served was merely 10minutes.
I was abit excited about the noodles as it seems alot of different dishes are put into it. But finally when everything thrown in, it was just another ordinary bowl of noodles, except the mi xian, instead of the very thin types, it was more like laska noodles.
I didn't quite fancy it thou, couldn't finish, the noodles very filling with a drink to go with, I was like bloated by the time I leave the restaurant. :(

Was served by a guy named Exxx, he showed me a few pieces and when I tell him my budget he showed me another few other pieces.
I chose 2 out of the rest to decide and it's somehow over my budget I asked if he could give me some discount. He said "Good stuff dont need discount, so what, i give u 10% members' discount, on V Day's itself, u might see 50% discount banner. Good stuff is at this price, which is quite reaonsable, anything lower then this then it's not the nice ones"
I was taken aback by his statement and find him very unapproachable and not keen in making his sales.
Even I fancy the jewellery and it's above my budget, I will not buy from him.
Will not consider walking into this outlet :(
