938Live is a good companion on the way to work. It fills you in with the right news you need, keeping you updated in the local and international contexts. They have call-in from listeners who share their views on major news or issues, which I found really interesting. It can be entertaining, too, at times. Surely, the hosts are great and a special mention to Stanley Leong who brings his excellent wits to the interviews he conducted at The Living Room. He knows what to ask that elicit the answers we want from the interviewee or guests. And those answers bring forth knowledge and significant information.

Aside from being proximate to my office, it houses relatively good food stall or choices. Almost all cuisines are 'represented'; and no wonder, it is packed, busy and a little chaotic during lunchtime. Well, it's worth it if you are craving for Western, Japanese, Indian and Muslim food. They have the great dishes to offer their customers. Not only that, there are super picks like PepperLunch (of course, always a favorite), prata, ayam penyet, chicken rice and omelette rice. I love their choices for drink, too! I am a fan of Watermelon juice and homemade iced tea.

Perhaps, they can consider expansion of the area to accommodate growing loyal client base. I agree with some people are saying, the overall look of the food court is classy. It sure has aesthetic taste!

If you are looking for the great cinema watching experience, it got to be at The Cathay. This is the best place for people who are tall or claustrophobic. Firstly, there is sufficient leg room and secondly, the chairs are comfy and spacious or big! The cinema smelled good, too; and with the fantastic ambience, it is close to being perfect. I love this place! The quality of sound system is at par with the standards. Comfort and sound system are factors to consider in order to please movie buff and frequent movie goers.

A great place to swim for!

When you are looking for an affordable venue to hold birthdays, family outings, and other social simple gatherings, Jurong Swimming Complex is the place to be! It's a perfect hub of fun! JSC can be a great alternative for hefty gym club membership. You can swim to exercise, too!

I love the waves, relatively clean water, slides, more choices of pools, slides, sight of family and friend bonding moments and the resulting positive feeling that is definitely priceless.

They can try to improve their shower or changing rooms, though. Perhaps they can consider replacing a bit of renovation?

A family friend, who is a lover of Japanese food, recommended Daidomon in United Square for a catchup dinner. I had no idea on what she was going to order until I saw her pointing the dish that I thought was tongue. I was right. I thought grilling tongue was disgusting. As a side note, I am not even a fan of a famous Pinoy dish, lengua estofada. Tongue for me was a fear factor food until I got carried away with the tender and juicy pork and beef that were being cooked on the grill plate. It was accidental to have eaten the tongue and man, it was really good, or I should say fantastic! The condiment was superb, too! It was a meaty meal yet we left with gastronomic desires for Japanese food - completely satisfied!
