I have been using daikin aircon for more than 5 years now. My whole house is fitted with daikin aircons. Last week my aircon gave me some problems, hot air was coming out of one of the aircon. Then i called the daikin agency to come and repair. The next day they came and repaired the aircon. The charges for the repair was expensive. But i was still happy as they repaired the aircon as soon as possible.

I moved in 5years already and have never serviced my aircon at all.
As my masterroom's unit start to make noise, I ring their service centre for appointment. I was given the rates and was told that their services guys will come to my place and see what type of services required.
My appointment was fixed within 2days from calling. When the 2guys came, one of them I think is more superior, checked all my 4units and tell me to service only 2, masterroom and living hall as the other 2 are still very new and clean.
I am taken aback really to hear that, I thought he will just tell me they will service all. I am very pleased and impressed by his professionalism.
As aircon are charged by per unit, so instead of paying for 4units as I expected, I pay only 2 which are really in need of servicing.
Their charges slightly higher then others but after one time with them, I will still go back to them.
Dont think too many others have professionalism like them.
