One of the longest running Women's magazine in Singapore.
Over the years, the thickness of the magazine has increased, however there are more advertisements than actual content.
A reader would typically have to flip through at least 10 pages before reaching some real content, and it seems that many advertisers have bought lots of space on the right hand side, so much so that one would have to keep reading the content on the left page. This disrupts the actual reading pleasure and pace.
I have stopped reading the magazine because
1. Too many ads
2. Articles are quite repetitive. Browse any foreign magazines and there are definitely some topics which a certain perspective have been covered.
3. Relevance of product recommendation: Targeted at the high earning, mature female who like the standard commercial over-the-counter brands
