Yup.. This is a tiny store however it is one of the few stores that has the skinny pig for sale.. Though crazily over-priced, this skinny naked pig is super adorable. It makes me think that a rodent could really look like a piggy, perhaps thats why its called guinea pig. The service is not too bad and I could always find the things i want however just find them pricey still. I however like the free delivery service they offer when you hit something like S$50. It is a great service, as i need to hold on to a super heavy bag of 12KG cat's litter up my house.

You can find most brands of cat's, dog's, small animals like guinea pig, hamster's, rabbits and fish food here. The staff there are pretty knowledgeble, however you do not get to hold or touch the pets. I always feel i must have some what a rapport with my pet first before i buy them. If we don't enjoy each other's company, then i think its tough to get along. Therefore i think physical contact is important when you wanna buy a pet. As its definitely a long term commitment. Even though they claimed to have shifted to a bigger shop front, it is still very cramped up. In fact, the isle is so narrow, I had to ask my friend to wait for me outside with my shopping bags, while I go buy pet food!

Also, they seem inconsistant with the brand & range of rabbit food/treats they bring in. I have to change the brand of my rabbit's timothy hay almost every time I need to get new ones. really disappointing....

Nevertheless, I must say that their sales personels are always rather friendly & helpful. This is quite hard to come by nowadays.

There's a few outlet for Pet's Lover but actually at the start I didn't even know that there was one located at plaza singapura since the location was at the basement yet the shop was small and cramp when there were lots of people.

The pathway only allows 1 person to walk through comfortably and I've notice I have difficulties locating the items that I want. If you wan get accessories for small animals, actually there were limited stocks and I guess the items were not arranged properly. Make me feels more like walking into a storeroom haha.

But I do apprechiate their staff being friendly during payment time. Did ask if I have the membership card.

Been there several times I do agree that the aisles are narrow.Bought pet shampoo and wet food for my dog.The sales person was plesant they just opened so beside what i bought i was given freebies for my doggie.I only like to walk in if there isn't anyone inside cos i dislike the idea od squeezing in and out.Hopefully they can do something about the space.
