They have shifted to bigger premises at #B2-19A. Compared to previous outlet, it definitely has more room in between the aisles.
Their staff were very helpful, giving me suggestions and providing information on regards to my new pet chinchilla.. The lady (forgot to ask) who served me was very polite and not pushy as well.. Very happy not only with the purchases but also the service given.

There's a few outlet for Pet's Lover but actually at the start I didn't even know that there was one located at plaza singapura since the location was at the basement yet the shop was small and cramp when there were lots of people.
The pathway only allows 1 person to walk through comfortably and I've notice I have difficulties locating the items that I want. If you wan get accessories for small animals, actually there were limited stocks and I guess the items were not arranged properly. Make me feels more like walking into a storeroom haha.
But I do apprechiate their staff being friendly during payment time. Did ask if I have the membership card.

The place is so small that it does not look inviting at all, espcially I am quite big sized. Seem like they try to squeeze in a lot of things. They should really do something about it! If ppl cannot go in and shop, then it defeats the purpose of shopping alr. Hee.....
I prefer to go Vivocity outlet anytime!
