This florist is located inside a restaurant. It is very accessible as you can locate it once you exit from the MRT Station. I purchased and reserved a bouquet of flowers here for Valentine's Day, and I was very pleased in that they were very patient is serving me.
During this period of time, many florist tends to be arrogant with that "take it or leave it" attitude and that really makes me disgruntled. But this shop owner is very friendly. He holds a smile when I first enter the shop. He just makes me feel that my day ahead will be a joyful one. Hehe..
He seems very proficient in preparing my bouquet of flower and I can see that he is very satisfied with his work. In order for people to provide great service, he must be interested and satisfied with what he is doing before giving a service. This is what I call service excellent.
The flowers are of the finest quality and not compromised at this peak period of the year. The final product is beautifully packaged. The flower only withered after more than a week, pretty impressive I must say. Will definitely come back again as it is very convenient, whilst their service is unforgettable.
